Sunday. Blood sugar this morning was 111 had a waffle with peanut butter. Had some peanuts, blood sugar at 10 was 95 so I had 2 pieces of a chocolate bar. Off to church. WOW how come it always seems like he is talking to me ? For Petes sake ! Anyway he preacher was talking about Paul when he was in prison. Standing fast in his belief and thats what we all need to do stand fast. If you are in a place in life that you would equate with hell.. Well maybe you have something to do there. That you have to stand firm in your belief that God has some purpose for this. Just when you think about quitting and doing something else. ha ha and he said look around and see who it would hurt if you give up on what God wants you to do. We came home and had lunch Man was I a grouch this morning. No sleep last night Larry and Alex chased me all over the bed, then they snored. So Lunch was a big salad with grilled chicken and a pickled egg. Had a few strawberries also.. Then we walked down to the gas station and got a newspaper. Larry and I and Alex that was nice. Kept looking like it would rain but not today maybe tomorrow night. So I will water in the morning. Get some stuff done here and then I am going to the country. Be nice to have some of that alone time. We will have to cook fish tomorrow night we caught 16 on Friday. Would have gotten some more but Mother got way to hot and was sick. We will have to be much more careful with her from now on.  So I took a nap and feel so much better. Amazing what a little sleep will do for you. Up about 5:30 blood sugar was 104 yeah I had couple pieces of a chocolate bar after lunch... Dark chocolate with black currant and almonds.. Mmmmm that maybe not a good one it sure tastes good though. Had spincah salad with sunflower seeds some celery with peanut butter for supper. And again some more of that chocolate.. When it is gone I wont buy another one like that. Thing is I have been hungry the last couple of days thats tough... finding a snack that has few carbs and fills the space. Think I will make some popcorn and watch Amazing Race with mother... Night all tune in again tomorrow for some more of my inane babblle
