Fasting blood sugar was 114 had a yogurt out in the yard looking at my plants. Been a long day mowed the front yard, while Larry cleaned fish. Took a bath and we all went to Sam's thats a lot of walking. Had to get some dog cookies. Bought some spinach and broccoli that is the best place to buy things like this in large quantities. Specially the spinach. Lunch was a pita with chicken salad, jello with cottage cheese. Off to Wal Mart had to get a perscription filled. Also had to get a few things. You can shop till you drop while you wait on the pharmacist. Actually saw my sister there. She gave me a look and walked quickly the other way. Thats great cause we sure dont need her drama. Blood sugar 2 hours after supper was 108 Larry grilled steak chicken , pork chops and a piece of sausage. So I had a little of all of it the chicken was the best ! Steamed broccoli and a spinach salad. We took the dogs for a walk. Made about 3 blocks. They are loving this and Chewie really is doing well with commands. Alex well Alex is another story. When we came back blood sugar was 92 so it dropped 16 points with a little walk. So I keep mowing the yard and cleaning the garage thinking I will get it down enough to eat Ice Cream... Heck maybe I should just walk to the store to get it ... ha ha ha
Had a square of chocolate and some strawberries later this evening. Church tomorrow. So I willwish you all good night !
