Ingredients
8 large eggs
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons crumbled cooked bacon
2 tablespoons finely shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Method
Place the eggs in a pot and cover the eggs with cold water. Bring the water to a boil uncovered, then turn off the heat. Cover with the lid and allow to rest for 15 minutes. Drain the eggs and cover them with cold water until cooled completely. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place in a mixing bowl. Mash the yolks until smooth and add the sour cream, bacon, cheese, and green onion. Spoon the filling back into the egg whites and sprinkle with paprika.
