4/19/11 Tuesday evening

Blood sugar was 93 this morning had a yogurt went back to bed. Alex convinced me that was what was needed. Back up about 8 putted around the house did a load of laundry ect ect We went for the ladies lunch. Blood sugar at 10:30 was 102 ate broccoli soup it was good. Everyone visited and sang had a nice time. I came home and painted the garage some more. Almost out of paint now.came in about 4 and decided I was to tired to cook. So we had BLT s I had mine on a pita pocket and added turkey so I had a club. Also had spinach salad a pickled egg and strawberries, also had a couple of small pieces of pineapple. Might regret that. I am so allergic to it. Blood sugar before supper was 100 so am spending a quiet evening been on the internet Facebook of course... So that is about all that happened today. Tired and am going to bed soon. Might have a popscicle.. Oh yeah I had one of those when we came in . But other than that no snacks.  Everyone getting geared up for the trip to Texas  I have to go to the post office tomorrow and get some stuff mailed. Mom I am sending you a big envelope, so be looking for it next week. Have to get a few things form the grocery to pack us a pic nic. Might take some hummus thats a good snack nad Dewey nad Charlis like it too. Talk later !
