Friday woooo hoooo  Fasting blood sugar was 115 So I had a waffle with some peanut butter. Off to mow some yards. Larry and I did Frans first, got started about 8 I had one of those squeeze things of strawberry applesauce 13 carbs. It was just something to tide me over :) it was there and no need to stop. worked well on to Richards yard. He has a snake living in his azealea bushes uh huh a snake. Larry says oh its just a garter snake leave him alone. So we did, but he was big ! Home for lunch blood sugar was 108 not mad for havinghad the applesauce. Had a salad and a pita chicken salad sandwich and sugar free pudding.. Then we unloaded the truck and went to Lynns to fish. We caught a few some nice big fat breams  Mac Daddys Mother got to hot and was sick. so we came on home and have lazed around most of the evening. Dont want to be very far off if she needs something. Had part of a pork chop for supper Alex helped me yes he is a good little fellow helps out like that. some green beans a green salad, and some jello with cottage cheese. Now here is where I was bad had some chocolate 2 or 3 squares instead of just one.. Blood sugar an hour and a half after supper was 140 now as I understand it thats not bad it should not go above 160 after you eat. The chocolate was just a great temptation Lindt 72 % dark with sea salt and it was lovely with that after dinner cup of coffee.  The doctor wanted to see more of the after meal readings so will have to work some on that. Usually test before so I sort of know what I should and should not eat. That 140 sort of freaked me out for a minute then I remembered about the spike after you eat. Been watching River Monsters all evening love that show. Had to leave my sissy chainsaw out at Lynns it seems Joey needs to use it.. snicker snicker ... They had a limb come down and he needs to cut it up. Told him I would happily loan him the green wood saw. But you know the chainsaw will make short work of it. Lynn is thinking of getting herself one of these. I love it took out a lot of limbs Wednesday. Larry thought we had some wind damage we did not tell him any different. There is one large branch that lays out over the Dollar store fence, and I am going to have to take the ladder down the ditch and get that one. So needless to say there is plenty to do. Have to clean Richards house next Tuesday. So looks like a busy week.
