4 c blueberries
1/2 c self rising flour
1/2 c Splenda
1/2 c unsweetened almond milk ( this has 1 carb and 1 carb fiber.so it is carb free )
1/2 stick of butter
Spay your baking dish with Pam use a smaller dish not the big 9 by 12. Put your berries in the dish I like to smoosh mine up some so there is juice in the bottom. Then mix all of the other ingredients together. You will have sort of a thin batter. And pour this over your berries. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown and bubbly. Makes 6 servings about 14 carbs each
You can use any kind if berry you want or try peaches, get the ones canned in juice though. You will have to adjust the carb count though. I only counted here for blueberries.
