Man am I tired... have been all day. Fasting blood sugar was 123 yeah still a little high in the morning. That sucks dont know what to do about that. So Meghan brought Trinity about 9 I had fallen asleep in the chair waiting on them. Charlis called about 6 to say Dan was back in West Virginia and everything had gone fine. Had half a glass of almond milk took the meds. Had a square of chocolate and a bag of peanuts later. Alex and Trini had a great time. Cleaned the carpet here on the back. Ran to the post office for Mother. Just really tired today maybe the weekend stress ? WHo knows. blood sugar before lunch was 104 had salad and tuna salad with sunflower seeds very nice. Later I had a cream sickle Before supper blood sugar was 111 we had fajitas steak and chicken. 2 of those carb smart tortillas. Plenty of pico de gallo and lettuse with lemon juice. Went for a walk with Larry and Alex and we had strawberry pie sugar free of course, it was good we had that about 8 and at 9 15 blood sugar was 120 so it did not have a lot of effect. or so it would seem. Working for Richard tomorrow, and for Tommy on Wednesday... Busy week.
