Well I went to work at Tommy Lee's and I worked. got a lot done had a luna mini about 11 the lemon ones are really the best. Had a bottle of water, got home about noon blood sugar was 144 I think that was because of the cookie ? Had a fajita salad for lunch nice ! Then I had a nap ha ha ha just for whatever reason worn out. No snackies and blood sugar before supper was 108 Oh I had a can of diet soda but I dont think that counts. We had roast beef hash for supper. I had the roast beef ha ha and left the potato and carrot. Then some spaghetti squash and some greens and brocoli salad. All very good.. Out to tie up some tomatoes they needed it I have room for some more just waiting a little while so they will be staggered and we have little tiny baby squash out there. Awesome. Larry has decided that Key Lime Pie will work for his Birthday I was not enthused about baking a carrot cake. That is his very favorite. and we have talked about not spending money on presents because we have to get that car transferred. Dont know what that will cost. So it looks like things are calming down now. Maybe we will get some slack this weekend have to do Richards yard thats a few extra bucks and it means we get to have lunch out somewhere... maybe. maybe depends on how well I behave myself. I think the highs of late have been more stress related ? diet has not changed a whole lot but the carbs have been creeping back in and I have to be more careful about that.
