salmon cream cheese moose ( yeah I know it is spelled wrong )

1 Tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp ground black pepper
6 celery sticks, rinsed, with ends cut off
1 Tbsp chopped walnuts  
1/4 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup fat free yogurt   
2tbsp green onions chopped

Directions

    Combine cream cheese, yogurt, scallions, lemon juice, and pepper. Mix well with a
wooden spoon.

    Spread mixture evenly down the middle of each celery stick.

    Cut each stick into 5 pieces. Top with chopped walnuts, and serve.
Now me I took the mixer to this,in a large bowl. I found it bland and boring. So I added
4oz portion of grilled salmon, parsley, dill,and a pinch of hickory smoked sea salt. Left
off the walnuts. It was AWESOME ! You would have to adjust the nutritional values to allow
for the Salmon.
