Mixed berry low carb smoothie

2 cups crushed ice
1/4 cup of splenda
6 or 7 strawberries
1  cup blueberries
1 cup of no fat plain yogurt (18carbs)
3/4 cup of water ( more or less depending on how thick you like it )

Throw all the above ingredients into the blender.  And process on high for a couple of minutes or until the ice is chopped up. Makes about 3 servings. About 10 carbs each serving  We love these !
