Frozen strawberry lemonade

This is a great treat the only carbs are from the starwberries.

2 1/2 cups crushed ice (or cubes they just take longer to process )
2 lemons
6 or 8 strawberries
Splenda to taste 1/4 cup to start add more if you like it sweeter.

Peel the lemons, and get as much of the white pith off as you can cut them in half drop them in the blender with the other ingredients and enough water to make it run. Blend until smooth this makes about 3 servings very low in carbs and good for you !
