Wow Thursday ! last day of the work week for Larry he looks forward to it. Blood sugar was 102 this morning had a pita peanut butter fold over. And off to Lynns house, and had a yogurt activia dessert WOW it was good 20 carbs but  Oh my gosh it was delicious ! Then we had a little square of dark chocolate with almonds. It was nice too. Cooked all morning we made eggplant parmesan and we made pesto sauce and there was spaghetti squash and multi grain angel hair spaghetti and brussel sprouts. It is nice to go to Lynns always leave there feeling well fed. Not just the food but the comaradarie Joey came and ate with us. Thought he was going to hurt himself eating eggplant. Said it was the best meal he had in a long long time. They are plotting to keep me and chain me to the stove. Stopped at Ms Tommy's and picked up some corn it was lovely she gave us 18 ears and we called her tonight to tell her thank you, and see if she knew where we could buy some of this wonderful stuff. We will have to drive to Bonita just past Bastrop. And you can get 60 ears for 15 dollars. Plan is to go in the morning and if it is good we will get Lisa Barmore a bag too... They dont know that we have to deliver it. Ha ha ha I will spring that on them when we get there. Blood sugar was 107 before lunch and it was 129 an hour and a half later. Have not taken it tonight. We had a sandwich nad some corn for supper  I had 2 ears.. Yikes had to eat it... Soooo good but I rode the stationary bike. Larry fixed the speedometer yeah I can only every get it into the yellow maybe I can work up to more ? Maybe not but it does get the old heart rate up. We had a nice evening. Sitting here now blogging and drinking a hazelnut coffee. Big day tomorrow Charlis and Dewey will be here tomorrow night. They called and are excited we are boiling crawfish Saturday will have lots of pictures. :) Talk again soon !
