Thursday morning. Yeah I know missed a couple of days it has been busy around here. The sugar numbers have been good and I have found that fresh fruit does not seem to hurt the numbers... Whho hooo Thats nice. Been having grapes and peaches pineapple and cherries. All of that is in season here and cheap ha ha ha  Blood sugar this morning was 102 Had a peanut butter fold over on pita bread. Just something quick so I can take the medicine. Had a waffle with peanut butter yesterday and a fold over peanut butter pita for lunch yesterday... Lazy uh huh peanut butter is to handy to have and I have not gotten in there and made any tuna or chicken salad. Been busy.. Monday I got the floors waxed, and washed the dog dog washing is a big job ! Tuesday I got the big vacum out and ran it all over. There is not much house work left to do before Charlis and Dewey come this weekend. And yesterday I did the yard work and cleaned the deck. clipped the shrubs weedeated mowed edged the whole she bang and it looks nice so thats all done. Cleaned up in the back yard where we have been living pretty much. And today I am going to go to Lynn's She said we needed to bead. I agree and we are going to cook eggplant. She has not had much experience with it and it is really good if you get the hang of it. Last night we had oven fried chicken the low carb kind.. The pork skins are ok. But I like mine with those french onions it was yummy and even Mother liked it. and that is saying something. I hear John Brown out there this morning... He is pecking away always a busy little bird ! Alex saw that squirrel yesterday he was trying to get him one of my tomatoes... And Alex did not like that a bit. It has been hot here triple digit heat and that makes you miserable no one wants to eat much so we have been having sandwiches. That is nice no cooking and no cleaning up. Just slice an onion and a tomato. Well I am going to get off of here and do a few things before I go.. Need to take a bath ha ha ha
