Independence day... No I am not a month off. It is a family holiday. A Larry and Amy holiday and he does not even remember ha ha ha funny huh ? Nope he does remember my bad. And we are going to work on the picnic table need to get the lumber and the hardware and we will have a nice big table to use in the back yard. This will make his Mother very happy and maybe when Charlis is here next we will all eat crawfish. Blood sugar was 103 this morning and I had a piece of sausage with a pita. Last night when the sugar was so low I had a fudge bar ha ha ha and more cherries they are  like the corn and only in season for a little while. Then I will be safe or the price will go back up and again I will be safe. Richard and I had a great long talk When I was there Thursday he is also diabetic dont know if I mentioned that. When we have our chats in the morning before I clean his house it is like we are family. I was telling him about some of the options that work for me. The pita bread and the low carb tortillas we had a great mexican casserole with those and it was wonderful. You dont feel like your missing out. And everyone ate it  did not have to be a case of fixing something else for them or for me. Still picking green beans and tomatoes and a few squash here and there. Loving my garden have room for a few more plants, need to go to the nursery maybe Larry's mom and I will do that one day next week. Or Ill look when we are at the home depot... Yeah maybe that will do it. Have room for a few more veggie plants may do some more tomatoes. The ones on the side of the yard with the fence are doing great the ones by the garage are fading they get plenty of water Jut not doing as well. Maybe because they get more hours of sun ? And it is going to be a record breaking summer here. We are already in the tripple digits and it is only June Wait until August and the dog days of summer. Well got to run for now get my ducks lined up. Maybe I wont be so grumpy today sort of back on my regular routine or as regular as it gets for the weekend. Talk again soon same Bat channel ..
